He is also an elected congressman to the House of Representatives in the 15th Congress of the Philippines. In June of 2011, it was unveiled at the Sixth Annual People's Ball in Washington, D.C., celebrating the 105th year of Filipino migration to the United States and the 113th Anniversary of Philippine Independence.
